House Rules

Dress Code

• Casual attire; beer/alcohol branded apparel, cut-off clothing, and wedding gowns are not permitted at any time.
• Proper swim attire must be worn in the pools at all times.

Smoking Policy

• Smoking is allowed everywhere except the grass area, where only electronic cigarettes are permitted

Children Policy

• Whilst we are a predominantly adult venue, we do accommodate children. However, we encourage parents to accompany their children at all times, should you wish to bring nannies, we ask that they adhere to the same dress code as our other guests. Except for events (normal daily operation only).

Prohibited Items

• Outside food and beverage.
• Toys, props, or inflatables.
• Animals.
• Professional photography equipment including video cameras, telescopic lenses or drones unless there is a prior arrangement with our Marketing team.
• Weapons, all sharp/dangerous items. The exception to this rule is our in-house. Police or when we have Police or Army escorting VIP guests, Politicians, etc.
• Illegal substances are not allowed inside the venue. Indonesia carries severe penalties for the possession of illegal drugs.
• Please note that for your own safety, all vehicles must be fully checked by security at the entrance and all bags, backpacks, purses, parcels, or other goods in your possession are subject to inspection prior to entering Café del Mar Bali’s premises.
• Our management reserves all rights to refuse entry. All items not permitted will be labelled and held by our Guest Relation team until departure.
• Only float jackets are allowed in the pool. We want everyone to swim safely and have fun!

Reservations

Cancellation

• Non-refundable Payment Guarantee. It is agreed that if clients cancel the reservation for any reason, clients will not receive any credit or refund on all the payments.
• Minimum spending payment will be settled in advance and will be non-refundable, in case of bad weather, and alternative seating options will be reallocated without any guarantee, and minimum spending still applies.

Special Event

• Online reservation is not applicable for group bookings of 20 people or more.
• All reservations will be treated individually.

Confirmation & Check-In

•  After completing your reservation, an automatic e-booking confirmation will be sent through your email. Please check this confirmation carefully as soon as you receive it to ensure that what was booked matches the confirmation. If your confirmation does not arrive (within 24 hours) or there are any errors, please contact us immediately.
• Café del Mar Bali accepts no responsibility for any transfer of e-booking confirmations to and/or used by third parties.
• Please note that Café del Mar Bali strictly forbids the reselling of reservations at an increased price by any unauthorized third parties. In such cases, reservations will be automatically void with no refund.
• Our Guest Relations will require the e-booking confirmation via mobile device to process the area allocation and any special requests.

Payment

• Based on Indonesian law, all prices are in Indonesian Rupiah.
• All prices are subject to 18.8% inclusive of service charges and prevailing government tax.
• All areas are required Full Payment in advance to secure the booking and non-refundable except for the Arcade table & Benches table will be first come first served.
• In case of bad weather, we will re-allocate your reservation without any guarantee of an alternative seating option and the minimum spending still applies.
• Accepted form of payment in the venue is cash and credit/debit card.
• The minimum spend may change from time to time without prior notice and not applicable for special events.
